الإخوة المهندسين الكرام

أرجو المساعدة في مشكلة بالهوت إير KADA 852

المشكلة ببساطة أن ( مفتاح التحكم بحرارة الهيتر لا يعمل و كأنه غي موجود
الهيتر يعمل بشكل جيد لكن حرارته عالية جدا مما يؤثر على المكونات البلاستيكية في الأجهزة

غيرت المفتاح بمفتاح مماثل _ بنفس القدرة 500 ك _ إلا أن المشكلة لم تٌحل

سأحاول إرفاق صور لبوردة الجهاز

زوجة قريبى عملت محضر بطردها من منزل الزوجيه وطلبت من النيابه التمكين من مسكن الزوجية
المسكن شقه فى عقار ملك لوالد الزوج المتوفى يعنى العقار ورث وموجود به شقة الزوجه فقط ومعنى تمكينها من الشقة الوحيده فى العقار انها استحوذت على العقار باكمله
وذلك لان اهل الزوجة قاموا بتغيير اقفال البيت قبل ذلك ومنعوا دخول الزوج
العقار ملك الوالد وليس للزوج اى حاجة باسمه لا عداد كهربا ولا مياه ولا غاز
لا يوجد قائمه منقولات لدى الزوجة
قريبى فى انتظار معاينة الاستيفا للعقار
المحامى نصحوا بنقل محتويات الشقة الى مسكن اخر ويعمل انذار طاعة على الشقه الجديدة بعقد إيجار بتاريخ 1/12 الحالى
وطلب منه عقد إيجار منتهى المدة لشقة الزوجية فى عقار الوالد الملك وكتب فى العقد انه انتهى فى شهر 11 وتم استئجار شقة اخرى فى شهر 12 الحالى
اى ان انتهت المد فى مسكن الزوجيه اللى عليه النزاع وبعدها اجر شقة تانيةفى 12 شهر
وطلب ان ام الزوج تعيش فى الشقة وتقيم بها فى العقار الملك عشان المعاينه تثبت ذلك
ما رأيكم فى حل المحامى
وهل ممكن الزوجة تتمكن من شقة الزوجيه فى العقار الذى يعتبر ورث

سبب المشكله عندماعلمت الزوجة ان العقار الورث سيعرض للبيع حتى يحصل الورثه على حقهم الشرعى وكل الورثه ياخدهم حقهم زوجها واخواته الثلاثة اخ وبنتين
رفضت انها تروح الشقة المؤجرة رغم انها فى مستوى جيد وتشطيب ممتاز ولكنها تطمع فى المنزل فاين خوفها من ربها واقسمت ان تمنع البيع
وف نفس الوقت الورثه مش عايزن يتسرعوا ويبيعوا بسرعة ولاى حد
ارجو افادتى بالحل القانونى والامثل والاصح:new1:
